Step 1: Set A Theme

Step 2: Get The Invitiations Ready

As with any holiday party, you're going to want to get the word out to your friends before the big day. Customize your own invitations with online tools like Smilebox and Paperless Post.

Step 3: Create Bingo Card Items

Time to get those Bingo cards ready for the big night. You can make randomized Bingo cards that have the traditional numbers or you can customize your Bingo cards to have specific words that fit the holidays and your party's theme. Once you've created enough random cards (or have your friends create their own cards), send them out to your guests either before or at the beginning of your party.

Step 4: Ready, Set, Play

You're now completely set up to play virtual Bingo with your friends. Grab a festive cocktail, look over some key rules (maybe read them before drinking), and get ready to watch your friends go to virtual war to see who will fill their card the fastest.As the host, you can also join in on the fun by having another friend or a randomized website choose the clues to be called.

1. The Christmas Party Package is available from 1^st November 2019 until 19^th January 2020.
2. All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
3. The minimum party size to be booked is 4 people.
4. A non-refundable £5 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. The party is to be booked at least 48 hours before party date.
5. The final balance for the Christmas package and festive drinks is to paid at least 48 hours before the party.
6. Table reservations may not be guaranteed for more than 30 minutes beyond the time booked.
7. Christmas package food and festive drinks are required to be pre-ordered before the party date. Please notify the club of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
8. The bingo included in the package is for all your afternoon or evening bingo. Optional extras are available.
9. The drink included in the package is a 125ml glass of Prosecco.
10. In the event that any pre-agreed entertainment for your booking is cancelled, the club will not be held liable.
11. On the occasions where special events are running, the club may charge a premium on these dates. The club will notify you of this at the time of confirming availability.
12. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
13. All attendees must be over 18 years old. Photo ID is required.
14. Prices include VAT at the current rate.
15. Offers are subject to availability.
16. Management reserve the right to alter or withdraw any offers at any time.

Festive Drinks

1. The festive drink deals are only available at clubs offering the Christmas Package and excludes all Mecca Bingo clubs in Scotland.
2. The offers are: Cocktail Pitcher for £10; Bottle of Wine for £8; Bottle of Fizz for £15; 4 Bottles of Beers or Ciders for £10; Free soft drinks for the driver for parties over 6 people. These offers are on selected drinks and are subject to availability.
3. The festive drinks must be pre-ordered and paid in full to the relevant club when making final payment of the balance for the Christmas Packages.
